About Us

Ready To Book was founded by people who know Queenstown intimately — its roads, its seasons, and the kind of experience visitors deserve when they arrive in one of the world's most spectacular destinations.

We got tired of watching travellers settle for ordinary rental cars on extraordinary roads. The Crown Range, the Glenorchy highway, the road to Milford Sound — these routes deserve a vehicle that matches the moment. So we built a fleet that does exactly that.

Today our fleet is anchored with 2026 Tesla Model Y Long Range vehicles — modern, whisper-quiet, and perfectly suited to New Zealand's growing EV charging network. Premium SUVs and family vehicles are joining the fleet soon, giving every type of traveller the right option.

Welcome to your home away from home. We believe a great getaway is about more than just a beautiful place to stay — it is about how you feel while you are there. With over three decades of experience, our team has managed world-class accommodation both internationally and right here in beautiful New Zealand. We bring that wealth of big-industry knowledge to our boutique collection of Queenstown vacation rentals, combining professional standards with a deeply personal touch. Because we handle every detail of the day-to-day operations ourselves, you can truly unwind, breathe in the mountain air, and relax into the distinctive escape you've been searching for.
